spacious room clean room great facilities single glazed shutters late night hotel location
the room was very spacious and clean. facilities were great. location was great. the entertainment in the pub on the night was great too.
the windows did not close on the hotel. there were single glazed shutters which shut but didn't block any noise. i understand this cannot be controlled.

the staff were very helpful with local information. bar staff knew how to get to places. they knew about buses, trains, and walks. the stay included valuable knowledge.
the stairs needed hoovering. dust was on the bedroom floor. the floor required cleaning.

rooms had what i needed. sky tv was present in the room. a fridge kept my drinks cool. the pub provided a friendly atmosphere. the bar had a good selection.

the hotel was near the beach and coffee shops. the open air theatre was within walking distance. local businesses had fab links. taxi arrangements were quickly made by staff. getting around was very easy.

A COMFORTABLE Stay
cozy room comfortable bed warm welcome convenient location
The family room had a microwave and a fridge, great. I appreciated the very comfortable bed a lot. Damien greeted us warmly and this felt good. I found the location convenient since it was near the beach and shopping areas.
I noticed some squeaking when I walked on the flooring. This was a VERY slight issue.

Alfie the staff member gave a really warm welcome, SO making me feel comfortable. He always had a smile and were pretty good. Staff happily booked taxis and offered helpful advice.

The room was newly decorated and had everything i needed. The family room was like a small flat. One bedroom included two singles and a TV, while the other had a double bed, a tv and desk.
Facilities

The bar was really friendly with great customers who welcomed us. The location allows easy access to both the beach and the shopping area. I appreciated the great value for the money.
